In this one I sat down and had a very long called-for chat with my good friend Freya Gabriel who is an holistic therapist, astrologer, community builder, activist and all-round awesome human being. She’s been an amazing source of support to me over the last year and we had several 6-7 hour long video calls whilst I was living in Mexico and her in the UK and both of us emotionally shattered, grieving after witnessing the first-ever live-streamed genocide and of course, both absolutely disgusted and disturbed by the silence and inaction we saw by so many in the so-called ‘awakening community’
