It’s ok to not be ok right now

If you're not okay right now it's okay if you're not okay. I don't think any of us are what with yesterday's news of the pregnant woman at al-Shifa hospital who was gang-raped by Israeli occupation solders in front of her whole family and then murdered just filled me with a sacred fury.

I've gone through several cycles of different emotional reactions throughout this whole thing. There are certain things that I have a very numb response to, almost like a ‘I can't deal with this right now’ kind of feeling like I'm wanting to just scroll past it and sometimes it takes multiple people sharing the same thing and actually having an emotional reaction to it to break me out of that state.

That numbness is a normal human response. It's a trauma response that happens to our bodies, like a survival program. So don't judge yourself if you're experiencing that and then also if you're experiencing just a rage, a holy sacred rage. A holy sacred fury to certain events.

Obviously the events of yesterday, and the person that was flattened by the tank just really broke me out of my numbness and got me going again and then your body just gets into that adrenalized fight or flight and you just go into a state of just taking a lot of action

One thing that we're going to be seeing is a lot of people venting and a lot of people purging their anger. A lot of people taking their anger out on a lot of people all around them and this is completely understandable.

That's a normal response as well. A totally normal human reaction to what's going on. I had my moments doing that as well yesterday and the day before on Facebook. The other night I just got went into a huge rant where I told everybody who's been silent about this that they suck and that I'm disgusted with them and that I'm disgusted with humanity and that they can all go fuck themselves and I apologize for my language especially during Ramadan but sometimes I just lose it when I see what's happening and when I see how many people are still seeing our posts and still not saying anything so if you see people venting, if you see people taking it out on other people, hold space for that. Because that's a normal reaction and they're not wrong in doing that either. I don't believe that it's wrong for people, especially if those people are the oppressed group, if they're from Gaza specifically or occupied Palestine, the diaspora or if they're Arab or part of the Muslim Ummah.

Really hold space for that; don't be getting into tone-policing people right now. That's not helpful I'm not going to tolerate that if I see it. It’s just really not what we need right now you might not like it but it's a normal reaction to what's going on and they're not wrong because evil is only allowed to perpetuate itself when good people stand by and do nothing and if you allow people to do evil and you don't speak up against it and you do nothing to stop it then you're also complicit in the evil.

I'm sorry I'm just not I'm not going to be polite about this anymore like that's just what it is. You are complicit. So we really need to be doing as much as we can. I understand that different people have different capacity and I understand that we're not all in the same boat. Some of us have more time, some of us have less time. Some of us have more money, some of us have less money. Some of us have more contacts and resources and so we should also give each other grace for that.

Another thing that’s problematic is when others gaslight our emotional responses as ‘low-vibrational’. Ybecause you know what's more low-vibrational than anger and hatred? Numbness and apathy. So if somebody tells you that they don't have the capacity or they're dealing with other things or they can't cope with it right now and they're not getting angry and they're not getting enraged about the evil that they're seeing they're more low-vibrational than you telling you you’re low-vibe. So just don't allow the gaslighting

What do we do with low-vibe emotions? We alchemise them. This is the journey of hieros-gamos, the Priestess path. Youve got to sink into the feminine, the body you sink into the emotion, you feel it, you don't spiritually bypass it, you don't pretend it's not there. You truly be with your own humanity.

Do not gaslight yourself out of your own emotional state. That's internalized misogyny. Even if you're a man it's internalized misogyny to your own inner feminine to deny her sacred feeling body. Your emotional body is the divine feminine. Your emotions are the moral compass that guide you.

So if you're feeling those emotions, anger, fury it's telling you that you need to mobilize that and alchemize it into taking action. If you look at the emotional vibrational scale, how do we alchemize anger? We take action.

So I've got several calls to action that I'm running at the moment okay one of them is a letter okay I have a letter template I want everybody writing to their MPs, their Congress people, their Senators whatever country you're in find your elected representative, I’ve provided links in the comments for both the UK and the US, if you’re from another country you can google how to write to your elected representative.

We need to be writing to our elected representatives to not ask; we're DEMANDING that they not just call for an immediate ceasefire, we've gone way past that point now but that is definitely step one that they also send troops; bootson the ground to ensure that humanitarian aid reaches the people that it needs to reach in the Gaza Strip unrestricted.

We need to see massive action being taken now and we need to see an immediate arms embargo and sanctions placed against the illegal Zionist settler Colony.

This needs to happen with immediate effect and we're not asking we're demanding and there are going to be legal consequences against every single elected representative who fails to act on these demands in accordance with international law.

It takes just 2 minutes to send it. The other call to action is we're still pushing the petition okay to show to the Egyptian government to get them to reduce the exit fee for people who are trying to evacuate.

If you've already signed it, share it if you've already shared it, share it again. We need to get as many eyes on this petition as possible.

I'd like to get 10,000 signatures at least before we show it to the Egyptian government and time is off the essence

We've got US citizen citizens who are based in Egypt right now doing political advocacy work who will send it to the correct department.

The third call to action is amplifying Palestinian voices particularly those who are in Gaza right now. We've got loads and loads of people in Gaza right now who need help. They’ve been commenting on people's posts and DMing people asking them to share their stories and to donate to their gofundme’s.

If you have money to donate then donate. If you don't and I get not everybody is in a position to donate large sums of money or even small sums of money to every single person that asks please share their campaigns, uplift them, amplify their voices and and talk to them. Get to know them, Get to know their stories so that you can then talk about them to your audience as well.

We've had some progress with the families that I've platformed here on my feed; Muhammad Fathi he's managed to raise almost £3,000 thanks to your help. He needs to raise at least 4,000 more just to evacuate his wife so that she can go be with their baby who is in the Intensive Care Unit in turkey and then obviously he wants to evacuate more members of his family but right now it's imperative that we raise enough to evacuate his wife so please support his Gofundme if you can.

And then the Abuhaiba family they are expediting the process to evacuate their two young men who are in their family because right now with the Invasion on Rafa the Israeli occupation forces are kidnapping all young men under the age of 45 because they suspect them of being Qassam Brigades Fighters so that demographic of young men are particularly at risk right now so they're trying to expedite the evacuation of the two young men that are in their family but obviously they would like to evacuate everyone and I would love if you guys can help support and amplify their story.

As always I will be posting as many people’s gofundme’s in my stories as well as I possibly can and please those of you who are reading please also help in that effort.

Thankyou and till next time,

Sundal xx
