Terms of service.
This Client Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for the 1:1 quantum fieldwork sessions provided by [Sundal Roy] ("Practitioner") to the undersigned client ("Client"). By booking a session or session package, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Sessions
Each session will last one (1) hour and will be conducted on a mutually agreed-upon date and time. Sessions will take place by whatsapp, facebook messenger voice call or Zoom video conferencing. Clients may record the session for their own personal records.
2. Payment
Payment for all sessions or session packages is due at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided after payment has been made.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their session by providing as much notice as possible, and at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time (excluding Sundays).
No refunds will be issued for canceled or rescheduled sessions. If proper notice is not given, the full session fee will be charged.
If proper notice (at least 24 hours) is given, the Client may reschedule their session at no additional charge.
Grace may be provided at the Practitioner's discretion in the case of an emergency, such as death in the family, severe accident or injury or sudden and severe illness. Documentation may be requested.
5. Late Arrivals
If the Client arrives late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee will apply.
6. No Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee. No rescheduling will be allowed without additional payment.
7. Session Packages
Clients who purchase session packages must use the sessions within the following timeframes:
5-session package: Must be used within 1 year of the date of purchase.
10-session package: Must be used within 2 years of the date of purchase.
There is no set schedule for sessions within these packages. Clients may book sessions whenever they feel the need for one, provided it is within the applicable expiration period, which has been set to allow more than enough time for sessions to be used. Unused sessions will expire at the end of the designated period, and no refunds or extensions will be granted for unused sessions.
Confidentiality
Both the Practitioner and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during the sessions. However, confidentiality does not extend to information already in the public domain or that becomes publicly available through no fault of either party, nor to information obtained from a third party without a breach of confidentiality. Confidentiality also excludes situations where disclosure is required by law.
Certain aspects of the sessions may relate to broader collective field updates or gridwork. Since the work may reflect larger energetic dynamics, the Practitioner may use insights from sessions for collective purposes. In these cases, any information shared will be generalized and anonymized, ensuring that no identifying personal details about the Client are revealed.
Specific details from a session may only be shared with third parties if both the Practitioner and the Client provide explicit consent.
If the Client is legally required to disclose any information from the session, the Client agrees to inform the Practitioner immediately and to provide reasonable assistance in protecting any sensitive information from public disclosure, to the extent permitted by law.
This ensures the confidentiality of personal information, allows for collective insights to be shared responsibly, and protects both parties in the case of legal requirements.
9. Disclaimer
By engaging in quantum fieldwork sessions, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the Practitioner is not a licensed or registered professional. The Practitioner is not a financial planner, lawyer, therapist, medical professional, publicist, or any other type of licensed or registered professional.
The Practitioner does not make any claims, promises, or guarantees of healing or specific outcomes. No predictions about the Client’s future, finances, or life events are provided during sessions. Future timelines may be accessed as potential life paths available for manifestation, but the practitioner makes no guarantees of future outcomes.
The sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other advice. The Client should consult with appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.
10. Results
Quantum fieldwork is intended to support personal exploration and growth. Results vary between individuals, and the Practitioner makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of the sessions for any specific purpose or outcome.
11. Agreement to Terms
By booking and attending sessions, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
